The best chefs have always been the grandmothers; they do everything with passion and experience. In my dishes, I also try to rediscover the flavours of my region, Lucania, combining them with highly elaborate courses; in which tradition and innovation come together for the joy of one’s palate.
He was born in Lagonegro (PZ) in 1966. He attended the Professional cookery school of Maratea, where he gained knowledge and skills in the culinary field that provides support for his innate passion in the kitchen.
